Pasteurised shell eggs

A Lodewijckx nv. innovation: the egg and the shell are both salmonella-free. From now on, you can offer tasty eggs, with rock-solid guarantees on safety and freshness. The pasteurised shell egg also helps you keep your kitchen free of salmonella or other bacteria that may occur on the shell or in the egg. These eggs are especially suited to vulnerable groups, such as the elderly, pregnant women and young children.

The pasteurised eggs can be used to prepare omelettes, scrambled eggs and fried or boiled eggs; however, they are not suited for whipping or for bakery applications.
