Delicious pancake with onion confit and savory game pie

  • 85g Cocovite pancake mix
  • 1.5 sheets of gelatin
  • 100g orange juice
  • 1 orange
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 15g sugar
  • 50g milk
  • 50g cream
  • 55g dark chocolate

Cook a pancake. Spread it with your onion confit and roll it up. Slice the pancake into equal pieces and skewer them diagonally onto a wooden stick. Serve them alongside your game pie.

  • Let the rolled-up pancake chill in the refrigerator for a while before slicing it into pieces. This helps the rolls hold their shape better on the skewer.
