Calzone pancake with banana and gianduja

  • 85g Cocovite pancake mix
  • 1 banana
  • 20g gianduja chocolate
  • Toothpicks

Cook your pancake. Slice a banana into rounds and place them on one half of the pancake. Sprinkle the banana slices with finely chopped chocolate. Fold the pancake over the banana and secure it with a few toothpicks. Heat it in the oven for 4 minutes at 160°C. Before serving the Calzone pancake, remove the toothpicks.

  • To prevent the pancake from sticking to the baking tray while warming in the oven, place the filled pancake on a sheet of baking paper. This ensures the pancake releases easily and remains intact when served.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or add a dash of vanilla extract to the banana before adding the chocolate. This adds an extra aromatic twist to the sweet filling and elevates the flavor experience to a whole new level.
