Powdered egg whites

Strong, standardised functionality combined with a long shelf life at room temperature: that’s what you can expect from our powdered egg whites. The powder is produced for various purposes, depending on its intended use. We also supply powdered whole eggs and powdered egg yolks.

All these types of powdered egg whites are available according to the various husbandry methods for laying hens.

What's more, we have a unique in-line agglomeration technology, allowing us to produce "instant granules” with less powder dispersion, that are easy to measure and are highly dispersible. The result is less foam and clotting when blending powdered egg whites with other ingredients.

We can also develop a custom powder for you, that fulfils your specific needs based on our standard products.
