Frozen fried eggs

Cocovite’s frozen fried eggs are a comfort product made from fresh barn eggs. Just heat up in the oven or steam oven and they are ready to serve. The fried eggs are a tasty and natural high-quality product. The natural flavour remains after thawing/heating. The fried eggs can be served hot as part of a buffet or cold on a sandwich roll or in a salad.

  • Steam oven:
    • Temperature: 100 degrees
    • Steam: 100%
    • Time in oven: 8 minutes
  • Conventional oven:
    • Temperature: 150 degrees
    • Time in oven: 8 minutes

The fried eggs can be defrosted at room temperature.
